Care instructions are found on each individual product page of the website and on the inside tag of your Snoozy. Our personal recommendation is to hand wash in cold water to retain the soft and plushy feeling of your Snoozy. Standard care instructions are as follows: 

• Machine wash 30 degrees
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean
• Tumble dry low
• Keep away from fire

The Adult Snoozy is a one size fits most. The oversized design is made to fit teenagers and adults of a wide range of shapes, sizes and heights. The Kids Snoozy is made for children from 3 years and up. Please see below for approximate measurements of the Snoozy hoodie range.

Provided your order has not been shipped, we can definitely change the shipping address for you. Please send us the new details immediately through Contact Us.

Please be advised if you have provided an incorrect address and the order has already been shipped and delivered to that address, we are unable to retrieve it. Please check your address carefully!

Australia Post quote us 2-11 business days for standard delivery but delivery timeframes can sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order isn’t delivered within the timeframe quoted, we recommend you first reach out to Australia Post directly and then Contact Us if you need further assistance.

If an item is marked 'Out of Stock', we will be in the process of restocking those items. Please check back on our website to see when your favourite Snoozy Hoodie is back in stock.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you received the Snoozy Hoodie damaged or has a defect, please Contact Us and let us know.

We will email you asking for photos prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition. If a refund is warranted, we will give you further instructions on returning the item.

Yes. A minimum order of 10 units per design is required for all customised orders. Go to our Custom Designs page for more information.
